How to Handle a Dental Emergency Before Your Visit
A few steps you can take to minimize pain and damage before you arrive for your emergency exam include:

- Broken or chipped tooth. Save any fragments, rinse your mouth with warm water, and apply a cold compress to reduce swelling.
